What is your TAT license?

We are formally licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Our license number is TAT License No. 11/03463.

How will you confirm my reservations?

All reservation requests should be confirmed immediately, but in the event that immediate confirmation is not possible, we will advise your booking status by fax or E-mail within 24 hours.

Can you tell me more about your guides?

All services will be provided by qualified and licensed English-speaking guides. Other foreign language speaking guides can be arranged upon request without additional charge for different sized groups.

What is your policy on baggage insurance?

Neither All About Travel nor its agents shall be held responsible for lost or damaged baggage. For this reason, baggage insurance is strongly recommended.

What is the extent of your liability?

All About Travel Co., Ltd. acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing services and, as such, is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest must be borne by passengers. Participation in our tour program implies the tourist's agreement to the above.

Do you request a deposit?

As we often have to pay deposits in order to secure hotel reservations, a relevant charge will be immediately invoiced to you.

When do I make payment?

We ask that full payment be settled before arrival.

What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?

1. Deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received by our office in Bangkok not less than 30 days in advance.

2. Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.

3. No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/FIT who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary.
