Tour Itinerary

DAY 1:
Depart from Bangkok?«??s Suvarnabhumi Airport for a morning flight to Luang Prabang, Laos. Our reresentative will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Afterwards, you will be taken to Wat Visoun, the shrine of Wat Aham and Wat Mai. Climb to the top of Phousi Mount to explore the sacred, gilded stupa. Appreciate the beautiful sunset over the city and the Mekong River. Continue to explore Street Night Bazaar, where you will find lovely handicrafts and handmade textile from local hill tribe people around Luang Prabang. Afterwards, you will be taken back to your hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 2:
View the ritual of alms giving to Buddhist monks, a method of merit making. You are more than welcome to join in this daily event with the Laotian people. After having breakfast at the hotel, be ready to be transported to a boat that will cruise upstream the Mekong River to visit the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, packed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. On the way there, visit the rice wine distillation factory at Ban Xang Hai as well. In the afternoon, continue to the Khouangsi Waterfall for a refreshing splash in its cool waters or explore the forest paths. Later, visit Ban Phanom weaving village before returning to the city for a sunset over Wat Siphouthabath before returning to the hotel to rest.

DAY 3:
On your final day, there are still attractions to be visited such as the National Museum at the former Royal Palace. Lastly, drop by the Central Market for any last minute shopping. Feel free to explore the town and its shopping areas before transferring to the airport for your flight.
